We came for a healthy and nutritious meal after our Ayurvedic treatment. After inquiring we were met by the main chef 👨‍🍳 as well as many super kind employees - Shiva, Shivani and Lalit.

The chef recommended and prepared food cooked to perfection and to our eating requirements.

Having stayed in India for more than 4 months normally I prefer eating out in simple and small establishments. But this restaurant truly surprised us.

The food is prepared from high quality ingredients, everything is fresh and the restaurant accommodated to all allergies and taste preferences.

Overall, my experience at Las Brisas in Rishikesh was decent. The ambiance was pleasant, offering a serene setting by the Ganges. However, I found the food to be somewhat hit or miss. The very spicy mushroom tikka was a standout dish, bursting with flavor and heat. On the other hand, the Thai green curry was disappointingly average, lacking the depth of flavor I had hoped for. With courteous service and an amazing interior plus live music in mornings and evenings, this place gives a memorable and lovely experience to the visitors.
