First of all this not a fake review (Attached bill for reference). Nany bakery is one of the oldest in town and unfortunately you guys are ruining the image of this bakery due to following below points:

1. Cost for cakes are increasing very rapidly. And it doesn’t match the quality of cake. I ordered one 3 pound and one 2 pound cakes which costed me approx 3000INR. To which I have to wait for atleast 15 -20 mins at the shop for cake. The cake given was not so clean and some brown dots were present over that.

2. For other cake i visited the shop and had to book a rapido just for taking the cake from their shop to my home. They simply denied the delivery and asked 250 rs for delivery. If you are charging so high for the cakes then look into the service you are giving. Atleast provide deliveries. I even said that please send one guy and i will drop him to the shop because my home is very near to the bakery, and their ans was like always shortage of staff. Why this bakery is always says the same thing shortage of staff from years because the same situation happened with me last year and ans was this only.

3. Cake quality and taste was great in earlier days but now only prices are top notch but quality, taste and service is dropping year by year. Please work on your service…show some courtesy and respect for the customers…it seems every one in staff is owner of Nany 😅
