When you walk towards the bridge from the stairs, veer to the right instead. Just before it turns, this place is in the corner, upstairs, about two levels. There is also access through the hotel from the main road. While waiting for your food, look towards the Ganga. It is a nice view but not full view because of buildings. The hotel above Cafe Oasis is really bad. The owner frankly admitted all he cares about is money. The sheets were re used and not clean, they had burn stains on them, the curtains had broken rings and people could see into the room, the decor was super gaudy and not at all soothing. The people running the place played loud bollywood music all day and spike loudly at each other and the vibe of the cafe was not at all quiet or spiritual, in keeping with what people hope for when they come to a holy town like rishikesh.
