I honestly don’t even know where to begin — this cake was simply outstanding! From the moment I saw it, I was blown away by the presentation. It looked like something straight out of a bakery display — elegant, neat, and inviting. But as beautiful as it looked on the outside, the real magic was in the taste. The texture was incredibly soft and moist — it literally melted in the mouth. Every bite was full of flavor, rich yet perfectly balanced. The sweetness was just right — not too heavy, not too light — and the flavors were so well blended that it left everyone asking for a second slice (and some even went for a third!). You could tell it was made with a lot of love, effort, and attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients, the smooth frosting, and even the aroma — everything was on point. It wasn’t just a dessert, it was an experience! Everyone at the event couldn’t stop praising it. We ordered a pregnancy announcement cake from Standard Bakers (opposite Ashley Hall) and had a terrible experience. One of their staff members, Lalit Bisht, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we tried to explain our requirements, he couldn’t understand them properly, and the final cake was completely different from what we had requested. When we raised our concern, he started shouting at us and even said, “If you don’t want it, take a refund and leave.”

At the last moment, another staff member, Deepak Thapa, stepped in and handled the situation very politely. He assured us that the cake would be modified according to our needs and spoke respectfully throughout, which we appreciated.

However, despite his efforts, the overall experience was very disappointing. The cake’s design and taste were not up to the mark, and the rude behavior from Lalit completely spoiled the occasion. Would not recommend this...

I couldn't be happier with both the cake and the staff! The cake was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly delicious — moist, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every guest was raving about it! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
