During my visit, I indulged in a variety of treats, and overall, my experience was quite satisfying. The Quesadillas🌮 were delicious blend of flavors and gooey melted cheese. The accompanying shakes and juices were refreshing and served as perfect complements to the meal🍹. In particular, I found the butter croissant🥖to be a delightful treat, with its flaky layers and buttery goodness.
One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail in preserving the vintage theme❤️. The antique items and rustic decor added a charming touch to the overall atmosphere😍. It truly felt like stepping into a time capsule, and the ambiance enhanced the dining experience✅.
The open backyard area is a wonderful addition to the cafe. It provides a pleasant space to soak up the sunshine, enjoy the fresh air, and savor your meal in a relaxed setting💚. The combination of the vintage village theme and the outdoor seating option creates a unique and inviting environment🌷.
The service was friendly and efficient. The staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations when needed💞. However, there was a slight mishap during our visit ☹️ as one of the items from our order was forgotten, possibly due to the cafe being crowded. We waited for almost an hour, but when we politely inquired about the missing item, the staff sincerely apologized and promptly brought it to our table🙂.
In conclusion, Ziba House Cafe offers a charming vintage village experience, complete with a mud house setting and antique decor❣️. The quesadillas, shakes, juices, and butter croissant were delicious and satisfying💙. The open backyard seating area adds to the cafe's allure, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere💚. Tucked away from the rush, Ziba House is not just another café — it’s an experience. A thoughtfully curated space where warmth lingers in the air and comfort greets you at the door, Ziba feels less like a business and more like a passion project that’s grown roots.
From the moment you step in, there’s something about the ambiance that slows you down — earthy tones, mellow music, and a layout that invites you to pause. Whether you’re curling up in a quiet corner with a book or catching up with an old friend, the mood is effortlessly calm, almost meditative.
But let’s talk about the heart of Ziba: the food.
The menu may read simple, but every item that comes out of the kitchen is a testament to honest, no-shortcut baking. The buttery croissants are textbook perfect — golden on the outside, flakey and tender within, with that gentle pull you only get from a well-laminated dough. The teacakes (especially the blueberry, apple Cinamon ) are moist, rich, and just sweet enough to pair beautifully with their slow-brewed coffee.
Ziba doesn’t chase trends or over-decorate its plates. It leans into simplicity. And that’s where its charm lies — in honest food, made well, served in a space that...
Read moreThis is my first-ever restaurant/cafe review; think how happy and impressed I am, taking the time to thank Kulhad & team for the wondeful work they're doing. First off, the staff! Such polite and courteous souls. I loved every bit of the excellent service they provided - from welcoming us to taking orders, serving food, following up on feedback, and ensuring that I had everything I needed to be comfortable.
The ambience is great - aesthetic and subtle. I worked for 2 hours straight, and boy I never felt so focussed working as I did at Kulhad. The soothing classical music added to the serendipity of the place.
Moving on to one of the most important areas - the food! Everything that we ordered (red velvet choco shake, saute vegetables, kulhad chai, and chicken roasted sandwich) had impeccable taste. They bake their own breads, which nothing but melt in your mouth, enough to leave you with an appetizing stomach. I also took a croissant and a banana cake for my mum. She loved both the bakes.
All in all, Kulhad cafe is not just another place to eat; it's an experience. For all those looking to satiate their taste buds with an added hint of subtlety, Kulhad is the...
