Pahaadi Gaadi — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

"Blessing in disguise" would be the correct phrase if I had to sum up how I discovered this amazing food joint " Pahadi Gaadi ". I, along with two of my friends, was on drive on old mussoorie road on one fine evening in the month of august. And there cometh the unexpected rain...Those who know dehradun,they know.

Lucky for us, that we saw this joint. We stopped there and then were hosted by enthusiastically Mr Abhishek. Some positive vibes there already.

We ordered Galhauti Qabab with Parathas ..... and oh boy! It was so good that in my head I had told all my friends about what we had found and how great this place is.

And yeah you guys can thank me later.

I write this review today coz like a true Tyrion fan, I "always Pay my debts" and indebted I am to the incredible services that I received. I know, Valar Morghulis, and before it's too late, pay a visit to this place. Finally this is something to which even Arya couldn't say...

Pahaadi Gaadi is such a warm and inviting spot, serving up delicious food straight from the live kitchen. The space is always clean, and it’s great for kids. The staff and owner are incredibly cordial. Although I’m vegetarian, I’ve heard glowing reviews about their non-vegetarian options too!

The ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from authentic places, adding quality to every dish. I highly recommend trying the lemon honey tea, kahwa, cold coffee, pita pockets, galouti kebabs, honey chilli garlic paneer and mushrooms, omelettes, and the pita platter—they’re all fantastic!

With its beautiful forest view and calming atmosphere, Pahaadi Gaadi has become a cherished place for me. On top of that it's pet friendly. I’ve watched the seasons change here, and it truly holds a special place...

My most favorite place to hang out - PAHADI GAADI at old rajpur road Dehradun. Run by a young man with a passion for cooking the place has come up as a favorite handmgout place for young ones specially the ones who are artistic types as the open green look, best of climate and the personal touch of Abhishek, Founder Pahadi Gaadi draws them to the place repeatedly. If you are a foodie - vegetarian of non-vegetarian, then try out this beautiful place that will leave you craving for coming back to it again and again !!!
