Haldiram's — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

It is my condemn sorrow to say that Haldirams has given up on there Hygiene and quality. We ordered few items for dine in at around 1300 hrs which included French fries. Post consuming partial portion of fries we suddenly discovered that there is a hair strand coming out from one of the fires which made us very much uneasy to further eat our other products which we ordered and left more than half of our food un consumed as we felt it was also more blunt and tasteless. As a matter of Hygiene and safety we showed the hair strand coming out from fries to the so called outlet manager who was available at that moment and we started walking off after handing over the fries and leaving the food on the table, after which 3 to 4 of the staff members came chasing behind us as if we asked something in return or some favor against the issue. However I was offered a replacement of the fries we ordered!!! I mean replacement??? Would u even think of having the same fries cooked seperately but from the same batch in which we found the tangled hair strand..? Absolutely not!! I did not wanted to ask any service recovery hence I preferred walking off the restaurant without even acknowledging the matter..! But this shows how are ur empowered to handle ur customers and how bad are ur products turning further more in terms of quality which will ruin ur brand name. I was a regular consumer of Haldiram products but I fell I will never wish to go back to the store again and prefer eating street side food over Haldiram. Absolutely disappointing and disheartening..! I wish there should be an option of...

During our recent visit to Haldiram, we were disappointed with the overall experience. The restaurant was surprisingly empty, and despite being the only customers at that time, we encountered several issues.

Firstly, the staff seemed preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves, which resulted in delays in taking our order. We had to wait for a significant amount of time, which was frustrating considering the lack of other customers.

When we finally received our order, we tried the Raj Kachori and Pani Puri. While the Raj Kachori was decent, we were disappointed with the Pani Puri. The puris did not taste fresh, and it significantly affected our enjoyment of the dish.

Unfortunately, our overall experience at Haldiram was unsatisfactory. The lack of attentive service, coupled with the disappointing quality of the Pani Puri, left us with a negative impression. Considering these factors, it's unlikely that we will be returning to Haldiram...

With each visit the service deteriorates. Today nothing was available. The tea and coffee machine didn't work. Can the useless manager not do anything about this? Every few weeks the machine breaks down, no consistency in product availability. The floor manager couldn't care less, neither the staff gave a damn. No icecream, it was lukewarm, no AC on. Staff was constantly just chatting amongst themselves. So many staff there but still no attentive service. You have to keep calling them to place an order. Noone standing at the till. All of them speaking in a loud voice to eachother like they're in some fish market or the chawl they are from. No basic manners on how to behave when customers walk through the door. I felt like I was inconveniencing them, So i left and that was my last visit. I'm done with...
