La pino'z pizza VIRAR — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I am not satisfied with this outlet, at the beginning outlet was serving proper food, was clean and hygienic but from the moment they have increased the prices from 59 to 69, they have changed. I ignored 3 times and finally giving review as I am NOT HAPPY.

Food: Earlier when I ate classic pizzas the base was thick and crunchy but for the last 3 attempts in say 6 months the base was thin, not cooked as it was not crunchy at all. you can feel the rubbery crust. Secondly the pizza tasted a little sweet ( pizza sauce ) but nowadays you will get a sour taste which me and my family observed and didn't like at all.

Service: Usually the service has been good since the start, however yesterday I ordered 4 classic pizzas and requested them to prepare 2 at start and once we give a go ahead then prepare the rest 2 so that we can have fresh pizzas for which they even agreed. We were served the first 2 pizzas when we opened the boxes and saw they weren't ours and we returned them. After 20 min of no pizzas I enquired what is the status they said we already served you 2 and other 2 are on the way. I cleared by saying look Tye pizzas that we got were someone else's order having 2 toppings whereas we had ordered regular classics which has only 1 topping. And then they realised that it was their fault and apologized. Within 2 minutes they gave us all 4 pizzas together for I was again unhappy as we asked them to give us 2 at start followed by the other 2.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is always good with live music and other interiors. But the hygiene is somewhere degraded as you will see the floor is not cleaned. The tissues are lying here and there. They also have a separate room for people who wish to celebrate an occasion with seperate Bluetooth speakers.

I will definitely try other outlets and see if it's the same for all or...

couple of days before had gone there with my mother and kid to have pizza on Wednesday. There was no customer yet the female took time to take order only when a colleague interrupted her to take order as she was busy talking to another colleague. The height of everything was when we were having our pizza and she asked us in the mid that she wanted us to move because other family wanted to sit there as the ac where they were sitting was not working. I was completely perplexed by her request and even told her that I'm not coming here again to get such horrible service which she said she had politely requested me to do so. We didn't get a free pizza or begged for it that we need to adjust. As the other customer was paying customer so was I. This was completely out of the box for me, and so hurting to be asking another family to move just because you fail to manage your ac repairs. Utterly disappointing!! --------------------—-------------

We ordered thin crust pizza (large) was sufficient for 2 (moderate diet people) Their sauce is nice, and the crust was fresh and well baked.

They mix up order like in 1 pizza we ordered olives and they didn't give olives and redid it later. Also order takes a lot of time to be made. We were famished by then. Their variety of topping is very minimal. We have to pay extra to add toppings sowhere between 60-120rs per topping. Their choices for Jain pizza also are minimal. They provide napkins after we asked, their chilli flakes in bottle was mixed with oregano (the oregano was very salty) Overall an ok experience.
