3132 — Restaurant in West Bengal

Westin is one of the 5star property in Kolkata and we expect very good service and behaviour. It was a pre booking deal where there was mentioned 35% on the entire bill which was the restaurant offer+ 25% off upto 1000 according to whatever credit card we have if we pay from the Easydiners App. After getting the bill, i informed that I've an offer on this bill and to do the needful. The lady changed the bill and when i was about to pay from app through gpay(which would give 100 off on top of the discounted price) , she didn't behave well. She told me you can't pay from the app because she knows I'll get 100 off after getting 35%off ,once an offer is availed you can't pay from the app but it's my choice from where I'll pay and it was mentioned in the app i can use my payment methods to get more offers. She behaved rudely while saying this to me. And it was very clear they she didn't want me to get that extra 100off. So please don't try to make your customers fool. You guys didn't maintain the 5star standards. The bill was around 900 after discount. Just because you guys will not get the profit that doesn't mean,you'll treat your customer like this. Moreover, this was a staycation at westin. Food and mocktail tastes good but nothing extraordinary from the price point of view .Service is very slow and they don't have enough knowledge of the menu they provide 😂 The warmth from them was absolutely missing. This place is part of Westin. Can be called a pub. The day we visited was a weekday evening. There was hardly any other customer other than us. It was bit of a surprise. When it came ordering any food, choices are very very limited - big draw back. After a lot of thought and with limited options available we order Pizza which was good but way too costly (ya I know it's Westin). In drinks we ordered Wine. But brand name like of Westin has very limited wine options - another draw back. Ambience was below average - 2/5. But service by waiters were decent - 5/5.

Should I visit next time? Answer is No.
