Absolutely rubbish

Had Chicken Kadai and butter roti. Chicken kadai had 4 pieces of chicken and tasted pretty good. Overall a great experience. A much underrated restaurant in my opinion.

Update:

Went there today and ordered the same foods like before (butter roti and kadai chicken). The kadai chicken tasted same like before but the chicken pieces had larger portion of bone with little meat attached to them. On complaining they served two more chicken pieces (as we couldn't eat 2 of the 4 previous chicken pieces at all) after a little argument but the gravy that was served along with the replacement wasn't that of kadai chicken and tasted absolutely rubbish and by the time the replacement was served, our roti became unpalatable. We complained about the gravy of the replacement, the waiter did agree that the gravy was of some other dish but did nothing about it. We did not pull it any further as our experience already went down the drain.

Then came the waiter without the bill and asked us to pay for butter nan and the chicken and we didn't even order butter nan. We told the waiter the same and he started arguing again. Apparently he served us butter nan (which we didn't order) instead of rotis (which we did order) according to him and with that he asked me "butter nan age khanni j bujhte parenni?!" (Haven't you eaten butter nan before that you couldn't realise?!). The argument went on a little more and he realised (not really) that it was their fault and we were asked to pay for what we ordered but we weren't given any bill and neither did we ask for it as we were more concerned about leaving the hell out of that place.

So overall an ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH EXPERIENCE with no intention of going there ever again. I previously gave them 4 stars based on my previous experience and mentioned that this place is highly underrated but now I see why.

I am rating this 1 for an abysmal delivery experience. I ordered online and the delivery estimate was 9.30. The phone numbers of the restaurant provided were unresponsive. Also, the online status was never updated about when the order was dispatched. Contacting the restaurant through Zomato, I got an estimate of 10-12 minutes (very precise, right?) at around 9.20 pm and at 10 pm, I got the exact same estimate of 10-12 minutes. Obviously, the restaurant management is playing with the contact person from Zomato.

I finally got hold of the contact number of the delivery guy who admitted that he had a few other deliveries in Dum Dum before he could come to my address. It's almost 10.30 (roughly one hour late) and there is no sign of the order (no prizes for guessing the temperature of the food when I finally get it, maybe another hour late).

If you stumbled upon this restaurant for an online order, I'd suggest look for another one in the vicinity.

Message to Restaurant management: Please do not accept orders if you can not...

I had ordered for 2 Keema Naan and 1 Full Chicken Tengri Masala today through Swiggy. To my dismay, the Keema Naans we completly burnt and there was no taste of mutton keema in the filing. To top it, instead of the Full Chicken Tengri Masala, the restaurant had sent a small portion of tasteless stuff which seemed to me Chicken Bharta. The food was ordered from Lazeez, Chinar Park. I understand the restaurant had given the wrong order and the food which was half the price of the item selected by me. In this case, apart from the restaurant, the delivery executive is also responsible since he should have rechecked when the are taking handover from the restaurant. In the middle of the night when someone hungry eagerly awaits for the food to arrive, we have such insensitive people who dosen't take their profession seriously. I want an immediate...
