Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in West Bengal

This is the first CCD franchise in Kalimpong, situated at the heart of the town. Coffee: Like any other CCD franchise, just okay for the money.

Staff: English, Nepali, Hindi and Bengali speaking Staffs, found all of them really friendly and welcoming unlike in other CCD franchises in the big cities.

Ambience: Actually pretty cozy with soft warm lights, perfect for dating, family time and friends hangout.

Washroom: Very small and kinda unclean, doesn't have a separate washroom for the ladies.

Location: Lil noisy during the day with all the traffic, but gets peaceful once the clock hits dusk.

Overall: Compared to all the CCD's I have been would give it a 7.5/10

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day in Kalimpong during my trip from Karnataka and had a fantastic experience thanks to the lovely staff member, Sushana. She went above and beyond to suggest beautiful tourist spots and local restaurants with amazing views. The service was exceptional, and the local food she recommended was delicious.
