The food was good at this City Center Durgapur outlet but the staff were way too unwelcoming. It was as if they didn't want the outlet to be open to guests. They didn't want to take in orders, clean up the table or even give a polite reply when the guests asked if the food was ready. If this is how you want to run a business, I am sorry to say it will not last long because customers dont lack options. Domino's being such a popular food joint, of course people have experienced better customer service from other outlets. The ambience just left way too much to be desired for. Very very bad experience out there in Durgapur store. Waited in queue for 40 mins and then even without listening my order they said they can’t take the order because the guy was tired. And the behaviour was ridiculous. When all the customers were saying about it then that order guy was like threatening. I would recommend everyone not go domino’s store, at least that Durgapur city Center branch. They will treat you like a beggar. I hope domino’s authorities will look after this, if they think they care for customers.
