We’ve always preferred Domino’s over others food chain like Pizza Hut and La Pinoz because of its unique taste, quality, and consistency. However, my experience at the Coochbehar Domino’s was quite disappointing.
The first time I ordered a Margherita Cheese Burst for two people, the base wasn’t baked properly. When I took the first bite, all I could taste was only full of cheese and the base there was no tangy flavor from the sauce, which is usually the best part. We barely managed to eat 2–3 slices before giving up and leaving the rest.
Thinking it might’ve been a one-time issue, next time I ordered farm fresh pizza creamy cheese burst. But this time, the vegetables on the pizza were cut in huge chunks, full of thick tomato slices, which ruined the balance of flavors. The paneer tika stuffed garlic bread was no better—it looked and tasted like it had been deep-fried in oil. The outer layer was dripping with oil, making it unappetizing.
I honestly don’t know what Domino’s is serving in Coochbehar, but it’s definitely not up to the standard we expect from the brand. Really disappointed and won’t recommend this outlet
The only thing that i noticed is that whether its margrita or farm fresh they all taste same. As if i am having baked bread with...
Read morevisited this Domino’s outlet recently and overall the experience was okay. The food was served hot and fresh, and the order was prepared within a reasonable time. Staff were polite and the service was smooth.
However, the main issue was with cleanliness. Some tables had crumbs left behind, and the floor didn’t look properly swept. It’s something you instantly notice when you sit down to eat. A food outlet, especially a brand like Domino’s, should maintain better hygiene standards.
Seating was fine and the environment was decent, but the lack of cleanliness made the place feel a bit off. It wouldn't take much effort to keep the space cleaner — just more regular upkeep and attention from staff.
It’s an okay place if you’re planning to grab a quick bite or take away your order, but if you're looking to sit and dine in, I’d recommend the outlet work more on keeping the dining area cleaner for a better...
Read moreThe Domino’s Pizza outlet offers a good experience overall. The outlet is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable seating area, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
The staff is polite and helpful, but the service can be slightly slow at times. Despite that, orders are accurate and fresh. The pizzas are delicious, with generous toppings and perfect baking. The garlic breadsticks and Choco Lava Cake are also worth trying.
The prices are reasonable, especially with the discounts available through the Domino’s app. Delivery service is timely, with food arriving hot and well-packed.
It’s a great spot to enjoy tasty pizzas with friends or family. While faster service would be a welcome improvement, the food quality makes up for it. Definitely a good choice for satisfying...
