The Bishnupur Cafe — Restaurant in West Bengal

Everything is overall good here. First thing's first there is only one 5 TON Mistubishi Central Air conditioner so those are gonna sit on the cabin it's quite warmer to feel. Next is if you call these as cabins then I'm not gonna agree it's better to call as segmented parts. There is only curtains to cover up. In these cabins it's better for friends eat or family eat as its gives a close feeling. Next if I talk about the food quality then... I ordered chicken Biriyani at first the biriyani served was just amazing in test A1 but the rice was bit less as compared to the price and no leg piece was there. The masala didn't went inside the chicken piece which made it taste odd. Most important thing is when the extra rice was served in the biriyani that was a different rice. That was not of the Biriyani.

Bishnupur Cafe is a very good option if you wanna spend some quality time with your near and dear ones. The dishes are tasty and the prices are reasonable. But they don't have AC, so it becomes difficult to sit there in hot summer days. Otherwise, in winter or the days with comfortable weather it's very good to dine in. For the cabins they take rs. 50 charge, but those are not really like a cabin, they are not private at all. Edit : Has AC now. But for this the charges for cabins are now rs 150 per hour which is pretty high as the cabins are not so called cabins at all. And I am editing today to write about there service which is not good at all. They took 1 hour to make a Pizza..like really?? 1 hour waiting.. and they are very indifferent about it. Not only with us, this happened with other costumers too. Their behaviour is not customer...

There was not option for negatively rating the service. The staff absolutely lack basic senses. Firstly they don't offer you water, which is a basic curtsey one would expect from a professional place. If you order a bottle of water, you'll again have to ask for glasses. Now there is a more interesting part of their services. If you order different items for starter, main course and desert etc., they may serve the items in any random order like first you may get the main course, then starter then the desert or any other random order. Hence if you with to have a good quality meal and spend some good time, you should rethink and be careful before...
