KFC — Restaurant in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

Have visited KFC multiple time in different locations. In hyderabad, tirupati, bangalore, vijayawada, kadapa, kochin, chennai.... Mainly for a quick snack or working lunches , somehow could never fathom this joint for a heavy dinner or lunch. But on Wednesdays i never like to go to kfc as heavy crowd and order will take hours to serve and even oily pice of chicken will be served. But remaining days it is ok and even weekends in some kfc it is like that.

When ever i go chennai i used to go to kfc near cbmt but last time on my reacent visit to chennai to visit a friend i went to KFC at ashok nagar recently and ordered 8pice buket . Really liked the fiery grilled chicken while found the popcorn too bland for my taste. but the chicken us not drained properly and oily. But smoke grill pices will be good as sauce on it is spicy and tastes good with less oil or no oil on it.

In ashok nagar The ambience is ok and we can watch out side traffic and eat if any one want to not to be noticed they can sit the other side there are two type of sitting available even for big family or small birthday parties we can have there. And easily acessable it is in the T junction and one way but it has parking area for bikes and cars and security staff will be taking care of our vecheciles.There is constant music playing . However would like to conclude by saying that the joint is good but definitely needs to improve a lot for being finger...

Worst experience again. It is better to select Dine -in option. Whenever I select Takeaway option, the counter people are cheating regularly. I don't understand the reasons for such cheating when we pay as per their demands.

Today I purchased Wednesday special bucket at Ashoknagar Branch, chennai.vide Manual bill no.008. As per advt. I was supposed to get 9 pieces of hot and crispy chicken and 4 pieces of stripes but when I opened the pack at my residence i realised that i received 4 Pieces of chicken and 9 pieces of stripes.

In fact when I'm collecting my order, one person was complaining about less quantity and the sales girl was offering him one additional piece without any question too. I should have careful at that time but I thought it is a small error.

Earlier,in Madurai too I received a wrong package with less quantity than I ordered. Unfortunately KFC is providing a central call center number (Bangalore one) and no body atends that call. I don't know the reason why the branch phone numbers are not provided anywhere - in the franchise and invoices

Dear franchise management people, why are you recruiting such people or you only instructing or indirectly encourage them to do like this? I lost my interest in KFC and never purchase anything now onwards

It may be one in hundred case. But I never like such a practice and expect Zero tolerance from the reputed international...

Horrible people Zero sense of responsibility

Ordered online at 9:18pm, post order confirmation it showed expected delivery about 10:02pm; that was OK. But it started nearing 10, they kept fooling and played very nicely till 11:00pm The guys disconnected the call more than 10 times - so as you simply cannot speak to these fellows While one he received to tell that he will revert in 2 minutes, then he straightaway kept on disconnecting the call multiple times

More horrible was that all the numbers in the name Customer Care are just another scam - while you call for your order status or refund request - they will ask for your satisfaction level and disconnect, irrespective of your choices - whether you choose 1 or 4! How are these guys are still able to do business - must be a scope of HBR case study!! This customer care where all the execs were extremely busy from last half an hour, abruptly go sleeping at 11:00pm - and so do the store people The last call, accepted by the store exec was to tell me the delivery executive (rider) was not available, that's why it could not be delivered - while their tracker has been telling me that rider is in the store... I am wondering what level of "capping" is this?? And all of sudden, from 11:00-11:05 pm, everything was clear: KFC India people are at the next level! Don't order online from KFC, if you want...
