I went for the Friday unlimited pizza . The service was so bad . And the cashier was also so hesitant and was explaining “RULES” for the unlimited pizza . Ridiculous, never heard of RULES for eating ever and forced us to eat the crust on every pizza. I have no issues with crusts but it’s a problem when half their pizza is crust and the toppings n cheese r so minimal. Have had small pizzas before here and crust isn’t too big, for unlimited alone they make it so big. NOW THE WORST PART: Restaurant is fillledddd with millions of mosquitoes. DISGUSTING can’t even eat in peace . Next is service. Can see so many staff in the back but only one server wad serving the entire packed customer tables . Just one guy. Ridiculous . Have to beg for next pizza have to beg for refills Pepsi. It’s like they’re doing us a favour . The offer is flashy and good but horrible experience and service . Not to mention the vegetables r so damn old and the cheese becomes rock solid 3 mins...

I visited Pizza Hut recently and ordered a pizza for takeaway. While preparing the pizza, I noticed that the staff member was handling the toppings without wearing gloves. I raised this concern, and they casually responded saying, "This is not your pizza, it’s for another customer."

I was shocked by the reply. So I asked, "Does that mean if it’s for another customer, hygiene doesn’t matter?" Only after I questioned further, the staff member put on gloves and said something about in-store training allowing such practices.

This is extremely disappointing. Food safety and hygiene should be a top priority for any restaurant, especially a reputed brand like Pizza Hut. Whether the food is for dine-in or takeaway, all customers deserve the same level of hygiene.

Please take this as constructive feedback and ensure your staff follow proper hygiene protocols...

I understand that because of the new unlimited pizzas on Friday offer, the place is overcrowded on fridays and it would take a considerable amount of time to make a pizza. But I had to spend 2 hours at this place because despite me asking several times no one bothered to refill my drink or get the pizza. If you know the crowd is going to be too much, hire more people. Spending 2 hours to eat a pizza is one of the biggest time wasted moment of my life. I had to leave the place because no one bothered to refill my drink after asking at least 5 times.
