I went there based on one of my friend's suggestions as he had visited there already a couple of times. However, I experienced the worst service from the restaurant. We ordered just 4 plain biryanis and a full tandoori. Already, they were having an issue with the system for generating a bill, so we waited for some time. On the other hand, they didn't have enough staff to service the customers. For the whole restaurant, they had only 4 people. When I asked about this to the person in the billing section, he replied that they were having shortage of staffs on that day. The management knew that it was a weekend, and more people would come, so they should have done something or had backup staff, but they didn't. Whoever visited the restaurant on that day got disappointed because of their worst service. The food taste was good, but when we asked for onion raita, they gave it in a small cup for 4 members. We asked again, but they still provided it in a small cup. Even in small hotels and restaurants, they provide unlimited raita, but here it is different. They didn't provide any cutlery at the beginning, so we asked for it ,while eating gulab jamun, they brought only 2 spoons. We asked for 2 more spoons, but they brought only one spoon again. Everyone in our team got disappointed, and one family nearby our table waited for a long time, cancelled their order, and left.

It's the near by place to our work place. When I visited here for the first time a year ago, it was really good. The staffs were also courteous and the food was also relishing. Recently with my past 5 visits or more the food is very bad in taste. The staffs are not even responding to our requests. Even after informing them to get something for 4 times they forget to bring. The tandoori roti will never be cooked. It will be always raw. Once they served us the food with hair. Once they even mocked one of our colleague. We usually dine here during Saturdays. We were around 11 people. They take 30 minutes to serve an order and they served us the poor quality food "raw food". Despite of having so many staffs they don't treat their customers. The table host doesn't even care at times. My list goes on. I once had a really tasty food here. But it's not worth it anymore. They loot the money and serve the worst food ever. I started to Believe that the staffs are doing it deliberately for making us not to visit anymore. They have stopped to address on time. Infact they do nothing now. Very poor experience in the past 5 visits. Not just once..... Pathetic &...

I went with my friends for dinner, it is located exactly at the four way sign junction side, they have a compact parking space includes bike parking too. For the restaurant have to take the lift which wasn't working that day when we went, at the entrance they have a cool lighting attracting everyone first, inside they have kinda luxury tables and chairs I thought that would reflect on the bill but it didn't reflect, I ordered crispy finger fish as starters and butter naan and chicken curry, they few veg dishes too, everything came in time but, I didn't get the fish starter, we completed the main dishes then recorded naan even after that we asked where is our starter they replied comming sir them, we had our dessert that time too I asked for starters, they replied comming sir I think their manager trained them to not say no or not available, so they couldn't say the truth that it won't come, that part was disappointing for us, even complained at front desk they said it won't happen here after.where ever you go where ever you travel so wear a mask...
