While this store scored best rating from many, I couldn't able to give beyond 1 star.

The staff here lacks training. Answers are blunt and attitude is little rude.

Our first bad experience in a Subway restaurant.

For toastie order the person who ordered before me was given choice of bread but we are denied. Out of shock we asked for the reason, his answer was a double shocker they have to use remaining half of the earlier persons choice. If it go waste he will lose his salary. When we requested the contact details to inform this poor practice and not extending equal treatment to all to the management, he denied and started behaving differently, when we insisted for franchise details or any senior person detail he ask us to speak to subway.

There is no contact number displayed over the restaurant. When we insisted and other customers who were stand by also told him it's not right approach the staff denied disclosing any information.

Very disappointing for the first time in my 15yrs of Subway experience.

The staff did not want to disclose his details. We manage to got his detail but not disclosing here. This incident completely spoiled our mood. It's a total displeasure to us.

The staff behavior is not to the standards of Subway.

My request is not disciplinary action on the staff. He is a poor guy working to meet his need. The Subway system needs improvement. The staff training on customer handling needs immediate attention.

Then one by one where we stand starting coming to our attention. How it was to how it is. Subway 5 Star to 1 Star.

If the reputed international Chain's forefront itself is not in order we don't know their adherence to food safety...

One needn't explain about the food that we get at Subway. The differences that we end up seeing or rather experience are the ways the subs are being made by different staffs. My recent visit to subway was a pleasure trip even though I had hiccups. Being a weekday, it wasn't much crowded and I ordered a 6" sub with chicken slices and a chicken tandoori sub. We also ordered a fish called toasties which is nothing but your 6" sub sliced off leaving the base which is basically topped with either veggies for the vegetarians and pepperoni for the non vegetarians. Well, it does help with your initial hunger prang. The subs were good as well.

What I felt could be improved, were the staffs were finding it way too difficult to understand what the customers were requesting despite the fact that they spoke very slowly. They had zero knowledge about the local language nor did they understand English properly. Hiring staffs from the north east may be less in terms of pay factors but not at the cost of taking away the customer experience. They hardly understand & tend to forget as well. One has to be vigilant while the subs are being made else, the guys are sure to miss a thing or two. I would appreciate if they asked of they were in doubt rather than assuming and making their own decisions.

Gone Here twice, Chosen a Multi grain Bread Loaf for a Dish which tastes Good. My Dish was Filled with stuffings like, White sausages, Healthy Vegetables, Cucumber slices, With some Kinda Masala Stuffing which tastes so good. If you are a Health concerned Person you must try multigrain Bread Loaf for a Dish. Place was Maintained clean..Prices are Little Bit higher. We would not expect a Cheap price in a Place Like Subway.. but they must cut down some prices like Pepsi and all just a Single cup costs about 45 Rupees. I think it is High because Half litre Pepsi costs about 35 Right?? That cup only contains about 250 ml. Aprox.

Other than that... I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a Good tasty healthy foods For a Little Bit...
