We visited this place on 6th Jan and reached by 12:30 and were asked to wait for a while to order. It was odd, because the restaurant timings say 12pm-11:30pm. They started taking orders from 1pm. Food is served only after we pay for it, so we ordered and paid for Korean FC burger, Spicy korean wings and Chicken red sauce pasta.

After 20mins, we were served with Spicy korean wings. The korean sauce was burnt and had a bitter taste, so we had to send it back. We were told a replacement will be provided.

After another 20mins, Korean FC burger was served and it had the same burnt taste just like the wings. We were tired and just went with it, and then we were told that the replacement for spicy korean wings can't be provided as the korean sauce was spoiled! We were replaced with Crispy wings and it was okayish.

We still didn't get the pasta so we asked the waiter about it. They had no clue about it and went to check. Finally after an hour of placing the order, the pasta was served. It was not cooked properly, and the flavour was not infused to the pasta. It felt as if we were dipping pasta in red sauce and eating. The chicken was very huge lumps and not properly cooked top!

I don't understand how this place has so much of good reviews despite their terrible service. And oh! They don't have plates or cutlery, food is served in one-time use take away boxes and wooden spoons are used. The waiters have no idea what's happening around and can't answer the simplest questions. No water or tissues were provided until we asked for it, and I feel the waiters were not properly trained. Tissues roll packages were lying around at the washbasin area, blocking access to the washroom. Washbasin was not clean even at the starting hours of business!

To sum it up, very loud music, over hyped place, terrible service, too much wait time and worst quality food! The place has a okayish ambience and is well lit to take some pictures. Apart from that, everything else is nonsense. And they don't even respond to the negative reviews here, and it speaks volumes about their irresponsibility. I highly doubt if this place stays in...

Reasoning: The food options were adequate, offering neither too many nor too few choices.

The nachos appeared to be supermarket quality, merely drizzled with cheese sauce. For the price, I expected freshly made nacho chips with a proper cheese dip. The virgin mojito was very bland, with flat soda and a taste akin to plain lemon water. The burger was just tolerable. Burger King provides much tastier burger than this bland and dry burger. And I had a peek inside the kitchen. Saw a guy tasting a drink with spoon and dipping the same spoon in the drink. Absolute worse.

The service was slow. I ordered three items (as shown in the image) at 19:14:00 and received them at 19:42:00. Given the simplicity of the dishes, the wait time was excessive.

Parking is challenging in this city. Fortunately, there was one car slot available; the rest of the parking is designated for motorcycles.

My friend recommended this place, so I decided to check it out despite the mostly negative reviews I found online. Thankfully, our experience didn't match the bad reviews others had shared.

We ordered a variety of dishes: the Korean Fried Chicken Burger, Dominator Chicken Pizza, NY Burger, Hot and Spicy Strips, and Non-Veg Nachos. I've ranked the items from my most to least favorite:

The fries and the Korean Fried Chicken Burger were the highlights of the meal. The sausages on the pizza tasted a bit stale. The Hot and Spicy Chicken was very dry. The NY-style Burger wasn't particularly impressive. The Nachos had a strange, overly cheesy taste that made them my least favorite.
