WORST EVER ORDER PLACED

I placed a simple dinner delivery order, expecting the convenience KFC advertises. What I received was an unmitigated service disaster, incompetence that borders on a scam, and the most hostile customer service experience I have ever encountered. The delivery window came and went. After multiple failed attempts to contact the branch, I finally got through, only to be told (casually, mind you) that the order had not been dispatched and would not be delivered. Having spent over an hour waiting, my family was now starving. The true nightmare began when I was forced to drive all the way to the Valsaravakkam branch for a "pickup" of an order that was supposed to be delivered. The staff were in a complete shambles—confused, unhelpful, and showing zero accountability. The environment was chaotic, and my supposed "fresh" food had clearly been sitting there for an extended, unacceptable period. When I demanded a cancellation and refund due to the complete failure of the delivery service, I was met with a flat-out refusal. I was told there was absolutely no cancellation or refund policy once the order was placed, despite them being the party that fundamentally failed to provide the service paid for (delivery). This isn't a policy; it's a trap. It forces the customer to accept a compromised, cold, and delayed order rather than letting them take their business elsewhere. This location is defined by its systemic incompetence and appalling customer service. They held my money hostage, failed their core service duty, and then forced me to complete their job for them. Visiting KFC was an absolute delight! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that made my dining experience even more enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly. adding to the overall positive experience.

What impressed me the most was the quick preparation time. I was pleasantly surprised when my order was ready in just 5 minutes! Despite the quick service, there was no compromise on the quality or taste of the food. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and flavorful, just as you'd expect from KFC.

On 23/03/2025 i witnessed one incident at avin junction near by kfc valasarawakam. I saw One lady employee with kfc tees, forcefully asking every public for positive reviews and feedback or survay whatever. Its mentioned as kfc listens.Com. We are unable to delete it once done. Park is the place to relax how can she ask every individual over there for review when they not even visited the store. The person next to me gave her mobile to that staff and she herself completed the survey. This is soooo unprofessional and disturbing public.its important to respect public and not to disturb their space, If kfc valasarawakam manager see this review kindly adress that employee not to repeat such behaviour.
