I can still vividly recall the exasperating experience with that shop owner. It was a constant battle, a never-ending exercise in frustration. He was, to put it mildly, horribly managed, operating by a bizarre set of rules that seemed designed to inconvenience customers.
For instance, if your purchase dipped below 1000 rupees, forget about door delivery. And if I dared to order just Bisleri cans – I usually got a minimum of four – he'd flat-out refuse to deliver them unless I also bought groceries. It was an unspoken, arbitrary rule that left me bewildered every time. Then there were the small things, like needing an extra carry-bag for vegetables; he wouldn't allow it. The whole experience felt like dealing with a completely unfriendly, unaccommodating bunch of people.
Honestly, it baffles me. Don't they realize that in today's world, customers have an abundance of choices? Services like Swiggy, JioMart, Zepto, BigBasket, and even local outlets like Fresh2day are bending over backward to be customer-friendly, offering loyalty points and seamless experiences. Even it is acceptable for every customer. One was encountered bad experience another one was supporting. Staffs around the started to targets one customer and corner that person customer. Asking about manager the replies were "he's either not here" or "he will not be coming today". Asked to call from store number the answer were silent. Personaly the girl in counter 2 she was closing the shift were counting cash and side by side got call in landline it may be from store management he was bad mouthing management that "enga summa irruka mari evanga vera 10 vati ph panuvaga anthaa ph eduthu nee pesu" talk to next women in the counter.
