Mad Fries - Virugambakkam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We ordered for the panneer fries and peri-peri fries. At first the fries looked stale, hard and a rock and brown in colour like they were over cooked in oil. Also, they don't peel off the skin of the potatoes before frying them and that's disgusting. So the fries tasted real bad and when we asked him about it he tried to calm us down by saying that people prefer it like this and all and then he insisted on exchanging for another bowl of fries. This is a newly opened joint located right on Arcot Road. There isn’t any crowd here and there is very limited seating. Owing to the fact that it is new, you get to have the whole place to yourself. Downside is that you end up getting stale food. Our fries were cold and soggy and upon conveying the same to the staff they replaced the fries. Wouldn’t call this a fancy place.
