today on 30th January - At nesapakkam KK nagar chennai branch , the staff was very rude - at around 10 PM. It is my dad's birthday and my mom suggested that I get a cake for him, since there was no sign on the fridge which was kept at the entrance of the shop- I went near and had a glance. I asked my mom to come and show her by opening the fridge. Suddenly, the staff from nowhere came near and shouted at me for using the fridge. I argued with him, there was no sign and it was kept for the customers to buy right. He kept on arguing and shouting at me for no reason, i left the place since it is not good to argue with a person who does not listen. The person next to him was pleading with me to stop it. First of all, Respect your customers and there is a way to talk. If you don't want the customers to touch, keep it in the area where only your staff can access it. Paste a sign to ask for assistance. I will never ever visit the shop and surprisingly your company did not take any action after numerous google reviews pointing out the staff rude behavior. FYI. I made a business of Rs.608 and the respect I had received was worthless. Your products are international level but the services are worse. Very wrost we visit Ibaco kk.nagar in 13.1.2025 we see the cone in display freezer so, I ask the team member he said no,mam now not available this is only for display .. I asked one question in cake display down more than cones are there nuts cone,choco diped cone ,six to 5 box there then why the guys tell display only if u not available this product mean then why u guys put front of the customers it's only for show ah customers are begger ah if u guys spoiled ur brand name i regular buy Ibaco only but this time really unsatisfied I will after not recommend to anyone and compaint also provided do do this type of things if u guys are thinking your are intelligent good job...
