Poor service. Asked for a vegetarian meal combo. Mentioned the type of sub and the side. Only one cheese of indeterminate type was available. While making the sub, was asked.for the fountain drink and I mentioned what I wanted. But only the sub was provided. After asking for it twice, the side was provided. Then the server says drink machine is not working so you can take something from the fridge but you have pay extra amount. I said why it was not mentioned while placing the order or when I asked for the sides or the drink. Then he said he will fix it and give the drink before I finished the meal. I took a parcel today… 2 subs and one salad…total cost 765 or something… the guy whoever made the parcel should know his job right… he did not even seal the box properly and by the time when I opened the cover the food was already out and it got wasted… this is not for the brand but for the guy who did a very bad job… train ur staff members properly otherwise u will get ratings like this as a low quality service… on Tope of that ur phone number does not exist is what google...

Good: The place has been recently revamped for the better in terms of interiors. The service staff are good and resourceful.

Bad: The management is poor. During my recent visit, the toaster-over was broken, hence my bread, cookies all were burnt. No sanitiser or wash basin. There was no cheese slice available.
