Very Disappointing Experience at Café Adoniya

We ordered a corn sandwich, chicken sandwich, mojito, and lassi. After waiting for almost 45 minutes to an hour, we were told that the lassi wasn’t even added to the order.

The main issue was the person taking orders. He was extremely rude, impatient, and arrogant. He kept interrupting us, confusing the order, and then blamed us for taking too long, when we had already told him what we wanted. Even after confirming our choices, he kept pushing us to change them, which was very frustrating. He had no basic manners and spoke in a very disrespectful tone throughout.

To make things worse, the billing counter was at a different place with a long queue, adding to the delay.

The food was below average. Both sandwiches were bland, and the mojito tasted like flat 7UP with no fizz. Definitely not worth the price.

Overall, a terrible experience — mainly due to the staff’s rude attitude and poor food quality. Would not recommend this...

It's the only cafe besides Marine kingdom, food was decent. However had an unpleasant experience when they couldn't offer water to drink. They expected us to pay for water bottle after spending Rs. 700 on snacks. With captive clients coming in streams, client service & basic decency takes a backseat.
