I went here with my wife on 29th Dec afternoon. I ordered one kingfisher premium and my wife ordered a mocktail. Waiter told us that he will bring some complimentaries along with the drinks as food preparation will take some time. After serving the drinks I reminded him about the complimentary to which he brought thin sliced watermelon pieces. I never had watermelon with a beer. I asked him if anything else is there to which he said no. You guys are charging Rs 510 for a Rs 140 beer bottle ( plus 5% service charge + 5% gst + 14.5% Vat) making a beer bottle cost more than 600 & not even offering decent snacks. This is definitely going to be a very poor customer experience.
2nd and the worst part is that after having our food at your restaurant both me and my wife had stomach upset. It was more severe for my wife. I strongly feel that either the food items were stale or the oil which was used to fry the Gobhi Machurian and sambhar rice balls was not good. This is the least we as customer can expect from you guys. You are charging a significant amount for each dish and still offering a poor product. We didn't realize it much while eating as both of us were hungry but on the way back home we started to realize that the food quality was poor. My wife is still not feeling well.
I just want to let you guys know to use fresh and good quality products so that customers don't have to face hardships.
Edit 1- The owner has responded to my review and highlighting it as fake. This shows how serious are they about their customers. I didn't ask for the complimentary snacks with drinks, your waiter had only told to provide some. Secondly the owner didn't tell anything on the poor food quality which I highlighted in my review. Sir, if a customer is highlighting you some issues then you can improve on those instead of...
Read moreI must say that my experience at 3 Layers Pub Resto-bar & Rooftop Lounge was not particularly impressive. The food was mediocre at best, with limited options for those who are looking for a culinary adventure. The menu seemed to lack creativity, and the dishes lacked flavour and finesse.
Another downside of the place was the limited selection of beers, which is a significant letdown for beer enthusiasts. I expected to find an extensive selection of craft beers, but unfortunately, there were only a few options available.
The atmosphere was also not very conducive to a relaxing dining experience. The noise level was extremely high, making it difficult to hold a conversation. It may be ideal for those looking for a lively atmosphere, but it's not an ideal place for intimate conversations or a peaceful meal.
The price of the food and drinks was also quite steep, which may not justify the quality and experience that one receives. In my opinion, there are many better options nearby for those looking for a memorable dining experience.
However, if you're in the area and looking for a place to hang out with friends and enjoy some drinks, then 3 Layers Pub Resto-bar & Rooftop Lounge may be worth a visit. But I would recommend keeping your expectations low and exploring other options...
Read moreGreat ambience, great vibes, peppy music playing but unfortunately the food was just not up to the mark. Friendly staff but as we ordered starters m mains everything came just randomly. Certain things came before previous orders. Food was not worth it. We had to complain about it. We ordered : Chicken pakoda : which they recommended and said was a hot selling dish. Unfortunately probably the pakodas at street vendors are better. Tandoori chicken : nothing special, we have had better ones. French fries with cheese : ok, came with a so called salsa which was just tomato ketchup with onions in it. Bacon wrapped sausages : bland not good at all Cheese and olives paniyarams: THERE WAS NO CHEESE AND NO OLIVES in it at all. They were just normal paniyarams. Vegetable hot one Pizza : i think this was the only thing that was decent but again the pizza said jalapenos but they were missing on the pizza.
The MD apparently was there while we were there so we spoke to him and informed him about the missing ingredients and he was asking his waiter which didn't make sense because you need to speak to your kitchen staff and not the waiter for the food.
My recommendation : Do not waste your money. There are better places with better food quality and...
