Poor in quality of ingrediants. They were caught for adulteration and fined Rs. 50,000 as per report in DC 2017 Sept 11. he purchased a quarter kg of special badhusha for Rs 120 from M/s. Ajnabi Mithaai Ghar, Elephant Gate Street, Sowcarpet on September 15, 2016. The next day, he ate a piece and immediately, developed giddiness and vomited. It also caused him diarrhoea. Had been to Ajab's Mithai Ghar for the first time. Located in a quiet street away from buzzing Broadway / Sowcarpet. Wide variety of sweets, savouries and Chat Items.. We ordered Dahi Kachori channa chat and Channa Samosa. They served in palm plate with a spoon. Taste and quality of both chat was too good. Quantity was also good enough for even 2 persons to share and eat. The had Pani puri.. Wow, Puri was so thin & crispy, just melted in the mouth..!! Personally i felt that sweetness (meeta) was bit less in all chat. But overall, Enjoyed a good quality chat after a long time..!! Bought Few savouries for home - crunching..!! Their Ajab's restaurant has been closed itseems else i would have tried Lunch - Thali and chat there also..!! Wish they re-open...
