Firstly, about the food, tried the ghee roast dosa, was absolutely generous in size and dosa was crispy like paper thin and the taste was good, visually it’s served like rocket cone shaped dosa; then ragi dosa or millet dosa, that was absolutely nice, it gives a slightly unique taste and apparently the ragi dosa was also great; dosas are served with sambar and three chutneys such as coconut, mint and tomato chutney; then the Palak cheese roll, was generous with spinach and cheese filling enclosed with spring roll sheets, it was absolutely fine taste; overall till now in my experience the food was the best. Secondly, the service, in my opinion the service could have been better, although I was there at 6:30 pm evening, it wasn’t too busy, apparently the orders where too slow taken and the food received was slight delay in our tables and other guests tables as well. The staffs need to be attentive and the kitchen should supply the food fast to the customers, even other customers where waiting for the food to be received and there where unforced errors in other customer tables as well. The only plus point till now to summarise is that food was great, apparently the service is not to the standard currently.

Visited again for second time the chettinad combo which consists of plain idly, kal dosa, keera vada, savoury and sweet paniyaram, coconut halwa, chettinad style sambar, kolambu and which had okra and assorted chutneys all where great and Gobi manchurian dry it was crispy and good again and finally had carrot juice, it was right in taste. The food was overall great. On the flip side, the service is absolutely ridiculous no crowd before 7 pm I was at this place and the starter South Indian it took fair amount of time and carrot juice it took 20 minutes to get it on the table after ordering, I mean the juice does not take time and the waiter said, we prepare perfectly, so it takes time, if it is late, they can tell, it will take some time but they don’t pay attention to the new customer comes to take orders and supply the food on time, the service is absolutely terrible from last two experience especially after second visit. My request to manager and even the owner is that please improve your service even during no peak times and peak times as well, the food is great but the service is absolutely slow and disaster, you have previously had experience of franchise from Sangeetha and after starting on own which is absolutely fine, in terms of food quality and taste but equally important where is the service?, why is it too slow like everything is absolutely stuck, please I appeal to the management and the owner in charge to take care,otherwise I could have given a even more best rating, food is nice and service is not at all well, which is the bottom line, and must...

Today ordered breakfast for home delivery at 8.53 am bill number 261898. Ordered idli 2 set and poori 1 set. As curticy call I did informed the LADY CASHIER that our flat lift was not working and told to inform the delivery person the same. Received the parcel by 9.30 by the regular delivery person (ordering from Bhavyam past 4 months on a regular basis) and the delivery guy raised his tone and said I CANNOT CLIMB 4 Th floor the Customer atleast has to come till 2 floor. I gave my bit of my mind to the delivery guy it's not my fault if u r not communicated by your LADY CASHIER the same . Immediately called the LADY CASHIER and informed her what happened and she accepted that she missed informing the delivery guy and I had requested her to give the call to MANAGER and she was tensed and started to say sorry sorry.......and kept the call. I told her a delivery guy cannot speak to customer in such a manner and requested her again to give the call to the manager which she was hesitantand kept the call. I DECIDED not to be taken for granted and called upagain and connected to the MANAGER.

When I started speaking to the manager he was RUDE stating that the issue has come to him just now and not ready to listen.

When I had started speaking that your lady manager and THE MANAGER WAS PROMPT IN CORRECTING ME THAT THERE IS NO LADY MANAGER only LADY CASHIER Is there.

A Taste of South Indian Breakfast Bliss 😄😄

During a recent visit to Bhavyam Veg Restaurant, we were treated to a comforting and satisfying traditional South Indian breakfast that truly hit the spot.

We started with the Plain Dosa and Masala Dosa, both served hot and crisp, with just the right touch of ghee for that perfect golden finish. The Masala Dosa filling was flavorful and mildly spiced — balanced and homely in taste.

We also tried the Vada, which was perfectly fried — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, offering a great contrast in texture. The highlight, however, was the three types of chutneys served alongside — Coconut, Mint, and Tomato — each fresh and bursting with flavor. The sambar was rich, mildly spiced, and paired beautifully with the rest of the meal.

To complete our breakfast, we ordered a cup of Filter Coffee, served in the traditional Dabara set. The aroma and taste instantly brought on a wave of nostalgia — strong, frothy, and soul-warming.
