Worst experience. We booked an Activa 125 and had paid down payment of 55k which is nearly 50% of the cost of the motor, for balance amount loan processing IDFC bank was checked as they have this no hypothecation option if u take loan for 12 months only and pay more than 30% of down payment . Due to the banks internal issues they rejected this loan while my Cibil was above 750. They didn't give any valid reason and due to this my score has dropped to range of 600 . Even after checking multiple times they kept lying to me that thoer checking and their internal issues will.not affect my cibil. Worst part the manager guided me to L&T finance another private concern there and the employee there scammed us stating pre closure charges are 2% and charged high processing charges and discrimination in rate of interest . Also when sanction letter showed otherwise the employee argued he was told to tell customers the mentioned during his training. The manager who called us later also was of no help. They just told us, after loan was sanctioned, that for the false info that their employee gave all they could do was cancel the loan but charges we should bear. In all this JSP manager just stood helpless. Worst experience and after paying so much being scammed by the banking entity and cheated by JSP . We being busy feel not to waste our time for such an issue and can afford to just let it go but my concern here is what happens to the less informed , other innocent customers who believe whatever the sales guys and bank reps available at this showroom say. My story - Booked an Activa from JSP Anna Nagar in April 2016 & they promised a 5-6 days sure-shot delivery. I had to wait for over a month before the vehicle arrived. I kept inquiring on the status, however they never responded promptly..neither did they ever return a call. After a month, I finally got the vehicle & by then they had lost my personal identity document. Initially they kept claiming that they had returned it, until I proved it that they had not. Following which they blamed it on their internal accounting staff, then the sales staff, then some broker, etc. We called over 100 times to enquire the status & visited them (10km) over 10 times. They finally agreed to arrange for the document through the government agencies. Its been nearly an year & whenever I call them, I have to explain the narrative all again. Its been an pathetic experience.
I dont like to name people, however the manager there Mr. Sukumar is primarily responsible for the blunder. I dont have a personal haste against, anyone however its astonishing that in current times JSP can afford to be so poorly positioned.

I recently purchased a Honda SP 125 Disc variant from your JSP Anna Nagar branch last week. From the very beginning, I have been experiencing significant discomfort while riding due to the extremely hard suspension. Within just a few days, I developed back pain, making it difficult to continue using the bike.
I visited the JSP service center regarding this issue, and the mechanic informed me that the suspension is designed to be hard. However, even small road bumps are transferring directly to my body, making the ride very uncomfortable. If I am already facing back pain within a few days, how can I continue riding this bike in the long run?
Additionally, I am facing another issue with gear shifting. While shifting from 5th to 4th gear, the bike sometimes shifts into neutral, which is especially dangerous in traffic. I reported this at the service center, and they simply adjusted the clutch. However, even after this adjustment, I continue to face the same problem.
Moreover, I noticed discrepancies in the billing. As per government regulations, handling charges should not be applied to customers, but I was charged for them. Additionally, the RTO charges mentioned in my bill are ₹12,575 + ₹650, but upon checking online, the actual amount paid was ₹11,058. I paid a total of ₹1,16,675, showing a difference of ₹5,375.
