I was planning to go to my regular Rajasthani Dhaba in Anna Nagar which is good restaurant too but then last minute i decided to try new place.
Haven Sampoorna came in google and i was surprised how 2k people can rate it 4.8. i was supicious of ratings. But not any more.
The food is tasty and rich. The ambience calm and crockery so classy. Overall the food looks so appetizing and taste good too.
We ordered Phulka, and i was expecting a nirmal round chapati, small and thin, like in other restaurants in chennai. But i was surprised how big and filling phulka was.
Portion size of each sabzi is enough for 3 people. Soup was nice. Did not try dessert or sweet.
But will visit next time for sure and try them. Please keep the quality good like this always.
Price is decent. Every dish will be around 225-300. But i think for ambience, food quality and service makes up for it.
We were 2 people and used swigy dine out 10% off and our bill was 1300 for 2 vegetables, 5 rotis and soup. So you can decide.
One thing to note they charge 5% SC. It is suppose to be voluntary. So i guess that is one grey point. But ok saved myself from tipping.
In short a very good place for veg north...
Read moreHaven Sampoorna truly lives up to its name—this place is heaven for food lovers! My family and I think we’ve had one of the best Indian food ever here. Everything we ordered was scrumptious, rich, and full of flavor.
Personal favorite? The Wisconsin Cheese Soup—absolutely divine, served with a crusty bread perfect for dipping. The Peri Peri Corn Niblets were addictive, and while the Cheese Garlic Bread could’ve been better, it still tasted good.
For main course, I had the Punjabi Gobi Stuffed Paratha with onion raitha—hearty and satisfying. I also sampled my husband’s Rajasthani Chapatti, which was equally impressive. But the showstopper for me was their Malai Kofta—so drool-worthy, rich, and perfectly balanced. Just… wow.
To finish, I tried my husband’s Paan Ice Cream. I usually avoid paan flavors, but this one? Changed my mind completely. Still, probably only ever ordering it from here!
The cherry on top: their warm and courteous staff. They offered our infant a toy when we forgot hers, which was such a thoughtful touch. Bonus points for having a baby high chair available.
LOVE. THIS. PLACE. We’ll definitely be...
