Extremely disappointed with the service and hygiene standards at the Vilivakkam outlet. I received a completely wrong order, and one item was missing. When I called the outlet, they initially promised to deliver the missing item. I waited for hours, but nothing came. Upon following up, they casually told me they couldn’t deliver it and that a refund would be processed after two days. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff were lethargic, unresponsive, and borderline disrespectful. They put me on hold without notice and refused to communicate properly. Zero sense of accountability. To make things worse, I noticed shocking hygiene violations when I visited the outlet during Diwali — employees were bursting cracker guns inside the kitchen, not wearing gloves, and handling food (including pizzas) with bare hands. This is a serious health hazard and shows complete disregard for customer safety. Domino’s needs to take immediate action against such negligence. They are such a cheaters. I report Mr. Prakash, During the payment process, I was initially informed that the transaction had failed and was asked to pay again. However, both payments were successful.

I was assured by the store staff that the duplicate amount would be refunded within 2 hours. Later, I was told it would take 2 days. It has now been 14 days, and I have yet to receive the refund or any proper communication from the Villivakkam team, despite my multiple follow-ups.

This lack of response is unacceptable. I created multiple Tickets. No response. Spoiling...

Please prefer Ayanavaram or Anna Nagar branches. I had ordered pizza from this outlet, but they didn't deliver it for 2 hours. Customer Support Chat was not useful.
