Extremely Disappointed – A2B, Pycrofts
Road Has Lost Its Charm
A2B has always been one of my go-to vegetarian restaurants, but today’s experience at the Pycrofts Road branch was nothing short of a disaster — it felt like the place has completely lost its integrity.
From the moment we entered, the service was shockingly poor. We were ready to have meals and simply asked what was available. Not only did the staff ignore us, but they also responded from a distance with zero courtesy or interest in serving us properly. No one bothered to come to the table, and the way they spoke was downright rude and unwelcoming.
On top of this, the billing system is chaotic. We were expected to collect the bill downstairs and then head upstairs for the food — a process no one clearly explained. There was total confusion between what comes under “meals” and “tiffin,” and no one was willing to clarify.
We were extremely hungry and trusted A2B to offer a good experience, but what we got was a complete disappointment. The staff’s attitude, the lack of organization, and the overall experience left us furious and frustrated.

I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the moment we walked in, there was a noticeable lack of engagement from the staff. No warm greeting, no interest in whether we were comfortable — it felt like we were just an inconvenience.
Service was painfully slow, with long waits for both ordering and receiving our food. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best — as if it had been sitting out for a while. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and attentiveness.
To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns, the manager seemed completely indifferent and unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to make things right, they offered vague excuses and walked away.
Overall, a poor dining experience with cold food, slow service, and a management team that clearly doesn’t value its customers. Definitely not coming back, and wouldn’t recommend...

I went and taken seat with my family around 9 PM and till the time 9.25 PM none of the servants disposed the vessels and plate which was served to the previous customers. (Desk 23) I stepped out of my seat asking them to take it out and still no further proper response though I was with my kids and wife.
After around 9.45 PM some servant came and took the vessels out after multiple push from my side and still it was done without proper cleaning the desk and have to ask the manager to convey it to the cleaning servant again to clean it up. Just noticed only my desk it unattended and behavior happened.
What kind of esteem is this to your customers A2B?
