I ordered one full grill on 14th October 2022 for dinner. My daughter refused to eat more than one piece and said she didn’t like. We had the food afterwards and my entire family could taste Chlorine in the food. As a result I called them to explain the situation and the shopkeeper said they will replace the parcel. The moment I reached the shop, they asked why I didn’t bring the eaten pieces. I said who will bring the eaten piece? You wanted to check the taste I have brought the untouched pieces. The shopkeeper refused to accept his mistake and defend that the staff couldn’t find the Chlorine taste. His point was they have served 33 grills so far and none has complained. They have washed entire set of Chicken with Chlorine water and how come you alone get the taste.

Is that an answer worth giving a reply. He offered me half grill chicken as compensation. I had a little self respect, hence I walked out of the store and decided never to walk in this store for the rest of my life.

The madras shawarma hyped me many times as whenever I cross this outlet, I always see 10-15 ppl waiting in a queue to order shawarma. So I finally visited during moderate rain so there was no crowd.

They have a very limited variety of shawarma yet very tasty. I tried, ✳️Chilli garlic spl shawarma (roll) -4.5/5⭐ ✳️Mexican spl shawarma (plate) -4.5/5⭐ ✳️Chipotle spl shawarma (plate) -4/5⭐

All the 3 shawarma flavours were excellent and worth having. I liked the chilli garlic and Mexican flavour a lot as it was very juicy and spicy. Chipotle had a little subtle taste of Mexican with lesser spice. Nevertheless, chipotle was also tasted great. But the other two were top notch. I'd appreciate more if they increase the chicken quantity in their plate shawarmas.

When in doubt, always pick the "Mexican" shawarma.

Must try their Grill Chicken, a unique blend of masala, well cooked chicken that's soft and juicy, they provide a great mayo and pickle sides. Tastes wonderful. Chipotle Shawarma is one of their best. Must try their Malai Shawarma, creamy and juicy. Mexican Shawarma is for the spice lovers. Tandoori Shawarma, gives a totally different taste. All their Shawarmas are prepared in house and they follow good hygiene practises while preparing the food too. Not much space to sit. But it won't matter once you have their food in your mouth.
