Buongiorno by Sa'Mesa — Restaurant in Bali

As a lover of Sa mesa I really wanted to experience “Buongiorno”. Not to my surprise…. This Italian-influenced artisan bakery is a true gem. The location is superb, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently accessible. The ambiance is cozy and lovely because of simplicity…making it an ideal spot to relax and indulge… give a break to Canggu insanity.

The staff are lovely and attentive, adding a personal touch to your visit. They even offered me a mosquito repellent and that saved my day cause mosquitoes love me.

My favorites from their menu are the lemon tart and the grilled veggie sandwich. The lemon tart is a perfect balance of tangy and sweet and not too sweet. The grilled veggie sandwich is fresh, perfectly grilled vegetables accompanied in artisanal bread. Ask your waiter to warm it up.

The coffee here is noteworthy too. I am not a coffee expert but i love the smell and taste, It’s rich, smooth, perfectly brewed and you won't be disappointed.

I ordered sandwich No 7 with roasted beef, price is 155k + 10% tax + 5% service = 180k Beef in sandwich was cold, really cold, don’t even warm, it was straight out of fridge. My friend had a tuna sandwich, tuna was cold too. Me and my wife waited sandwiches for 20 min and when I receive order I ask staff to warm up a sandwich, waiting another 6-8 min and meat was still COLD. And unfortunately staff wasn’t offer me any other options. But I think they can warm up only beef and put it back in to a warm bread. Also if you sit not under AC, it’s hot there. I was sweating there. Also I don’t know where is service there, we paid 5% from whole order for it but we order at the cashier. It was expensive brunch but totally not worth it.

I’m not happy to give your that review cause I like SAMESA projects but it is what it is.

found a hidden gem in Canggu! I absolutely love their baguettes - they're crusty on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Plus, the price is soooo affordable (trust me) u won't find a better deal on such a delicious baguette anywhere else.

but but, the real star of the show is their triple beef sandwich. it’s seriously to die for. they pack so much flavor into it, it's incredible, def my kind of sandwich.
