Eden Lounge Canggu — Restaurant in Bali

I got food poisoning from this place. The chicken had no flavor and tasted off, and the crepes with mushroom and chicken looked nothing like the photos. A few hours after eating, I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here for food.

Also, I couldn’t help but notice that many of the positive reviews for your restaurant come from accounts with no other reviews at all, which raises doubts about their authenticity. If you sort the reviews from lowest to highest, you’ll see that there are quite a few complaints about the food — and those come from real people who’ve actually taken the time to share their honest experience.

Edit: I understand that no other complaints were reported that day, but I can only speak from my personal experience. A few hours after the meal, I started feeling nauseous and ended up vomiting later that evening. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day apart from my regular breakfast early in the morning.

May I also ask how exactly the follow-up with other guests was done? Do you keep a list of people who visit your place, what they order, and their contact details? Because no one approached us for any information or feedback, so I find it quite strange that you were able to follow up specifically with the guests who had the crepes with chicken.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of the food, but the chicken tasted very off — far from anything you’d expect in a freshly prepared dish. It was quite clear we didn’t enjoy it: from the two crepes that were served, only two pieces were eaten, and we were four people at the table. I only ate one because I was hungry.

Please know that I would never accuse a business or post a negative review if I wasn’t certain about what I experienced. I shared my feedback so that it could be taken seriously and perhaps help avoid similar situations...

Best hookah in Bali. I was very impressed with the shisha flavor options available here. There were soo many to choose from. If you are Shisha enthusiast like me, you’d know that these guys had the best flavors available in the market. The flavor also lasts for a very long time. Smoking experience is also very smooth. Prices are also affordable. Not overly priced at all. The staff there are also so lovely. During the 3 nights we spent in canggu, me and my wife visited this establishment everyday. The level of service given here is on the top level. The staff are so nice and professional. The manager Jum and hostess Desak were so kind and helpful. The shisha masters, chefs, waiters and parking attendants were all so nice and professional. They make you feel like you’re at home. They anticipate the guests need so well. we came this place only because we saw that it close at 3. at 2:30 staff came to our table and bring the bill (they even didn’t ask us , may be we wanted to make last order or take some food at home )

so she bring us the bill , after we wanted to make last order and she said that they closed ( 2:30 all in this place stop working) may be it’s not big problem ,but really good service in really good places not suppose that.

also when we just came no one meet us .. when we wanted to make order all stuff just sited under the bar and played phones , they exactly didn’t pay attention to customers.

70% of flavour for shisha was ended ( stuff said that) is it really shisha place ? wow. weird.
