Felice Canggu — Restaurant in Bali

I recently visited Felice, a cute little restaurant in Canggu, and had a great experience. The ambiance was fantastic, with a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place.

I decided to try the cold cuts sandwich, and I must say it was quite flavorful. The combination of ingredients was delicious, but I felt that it could have used a bit more filling to make it more satisfying and balanced between bread and filling ratio.

We had a dinner at the place on Sunday evening around 8pm. Tho the food was nice and their Sunday promo on sangria (that attracted us) was great as they have choice of sangria in white, rose or red wine. We specifically asked the waiter about their working hours and he informed us that they're open till midnight. We returned to them for sangria at 10.34 and the exact same waiter told us that TODAY their working hours are until 11 so they're closing in 10mins (their math isn't mathing). I suggested them to give us 4 glasses of sangria in paper cup, we pay and leave, yet I was told that the barmen refused to make our drinks. We were really excited to take a break from the local cuisine and have some Italian food for dinner but unfortunately we were let down by Felice.

Generally I find Google ratings to be quite accurate so I was surprised when the pasta came out and my husband and I both found our dishes to be underwhelming. The pasta was overcooked (not al dente which it typically should be) and the sauces were bland. I got a tomato based sauce and my husband got a carbonara, neither of us was impressed.
