X Ore Studio Canggu — Restaurant in Bali

Long story short, I reserved a table, the min. spend is 300k, I bring in 10+ people all the men pay fdc100k Entrance, so all together we spent over 1 Million in the place, Arrived at 10pm and stayed until 1AM. in the span of that time our table got to sing 2 songs, that's it. Luckily 2 of my friends got to sing, as I requested my song at 10:45 PM (mind you, before my friends) after going to talk to the staff countless time to play one song, they told me "your table gets 1 request per table" I said ok, I didn't know, cool. As the night goes on multiple people who have already sung at least 5+ songs during the night continue to enjoy their karaoke session, the table next to me, had people going back and forth singing after each other, so naturally I went to ask the staff about that, how come they are singing so many times, one singer has sung like by this time almost 10 songs, what's up with that? i got no valid answers, I show my text message I sent the place at 10:45PM and all I wanted was one lousy song, my friends wanted to see me sing. By this time it was already almost 1AM, they said ok we'll play your song as the last song. And even then it didn't happen, so we left. Overall the experience is nice, ambience is nice, the staff are nice but whoever is controlling the music requests, really doesn't care about their customers, I wasn't the only one who didn't get the chance to sing at a Karaoke. I hope they can improve their Song...

Really bad service and dishonest.

I asked for a song via Instagram (how you are supposed to do in this bar) pretty early. No reply. After a while I went to the DJ in person, asked if I did everything alright and showed the message to him. "Yes, you're in the list". An hour later - several people sang multiple times - I got the question at which table I am. My boyfriend sang Two times during this time. He was not asked for the table. I tried with another Instagram account because I used my companies account first (thought this might have been the problem). Same thing again. First now answer, very much later the question about the table but still no song. This time my boyfriend asked if everything is alright with the request. Same answer "it's on the list". They made me wait two hours and probably just hoped I would go away. I am a good singer and I can sing hundreds of songs. If you don't want to play a song, fine. just say so and I switch to another one but then you need to tell me. LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FACE IS NOT OK!

Seriously, I am not someone who often writes bad reviews. I usually either write a raving review or let small inconveniences slip. If you get me to write something bad, you did something fundamentally wrong.

Don't go there if you want a good or at least honest service! Or even a decent pizza, because what they served there was worse than some...

Tried Ore studio for the first time with a friend. We asked the guy who manage the song list if we could go outside for 5 mins. He said yes, we literally came back in 5mins. We waited for 20mins then asked how many queue left, he said 3. To my surprise, there were 5 songs played after he said it was only 3 and we still didn't get to our song. When I complained, he said: "oh yeah here you need to be patient". I need to be patient, yes, but it doesn't mean he could cut my queue like that. He was the one who told us that he can't rearrange the queue and we needed to wait for our turn. We clearly remember who's the person singing before us so why he sabotaged the queue? is it cause we're locals? Nah, not coming back n not going to...
