From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff members who were eager to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.

But let's talk about the pizza. Oh my goodness, the pizza at Luigi's is out of this world. Each slice is a heavenly combination of fresh, flavorful ingredients and perfectly baked crust that melts in your mouth with every bite. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or prefer something a bit more adventurous like their specialty meat lovers, Luigi's has something to satisfy every pizza craving.

But what truly sets Luigi's apart is the attention to detail and passion that goes into each and every pizza they serve. You can taste the love and care that goes into crafting each pie, and it's evident that the folks behind Luigi's take great pride in their craft.

Not the first time also not the 3rd time but the 5th time happened to me at Luigis, last me and my friends we came to Luigis for pizza, so we orded pizza and pasta and some beers then we wait for about 30mins ( not even beers on the table was served while we wait for our food ) then my friend went to ask to the waiter that we ordered with then with very big smile he said he forgot our order then we said ok we understand you are bussy then in another 10mins he came back to us said they cant make any pasta anymore and we said ok just get the pizza and finalt the beers come after 40mins waiting and we thought our pizza will be ready soon, but not! So i went to the manager and said we wa have been waiting for our one and only pizza for about 40mins and he went to check with the chef and we had to wait for another 30mins. BUT is not the process that we had to go trough BUT it's all about the manager attitude he's not even apologizing to all he does was dancing in front of us while we are waiting for our food and all he said in the mean way 'sorry for the wait' then walked off. We never leave bad reviews, because we don’t believe you should but this person was the worst. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We had a confirmed booking (card details entered, bank confirmation received), but when we arrived, the door host was unbelievably rude and repeatedly told us it was “our fault, our problem” instead of even trying to help. We had noted it was my partner’s birthday and had a friend visiting, yet he offered no understanding or resolution, even after I showed proof that your system took my details.

We live locally and were excited to try this place, but after this experience, we went to YUKI instead where the staff were incredible and welcoming – the complete opposite of what we experienced here. Even people waiting in line commented on how unnecessarily rude your door host was.
