I have been coming to Sabre since they first opened in my area, and I absolutely love it! They always serve AMAZING COFFEE. The owners are incredibly kind, respectful, and friendly people. They are also so loving towards the dogs, which I truly appreciate. I especially adore their HOMEMADE BANANA CAKE and can proudly say I am addicted to it. Their coffee+banana cake promo costs only IDR35,000, which is an incredible value for the quality I get. I highly recommend Sabre, not only for the delicious coffee and food but also for the warm hospitality of the owners and staff (sweet Liz). Sabre has become a wonderful hub where the community gathers. It's such a joy to have this place in our area. Whether it's catching up with friends or meeting new people, Sabre provides a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for everyone. The owners and staff go out of their way to make everyone feel at home, and it's clear that they genuinely care about fostering a sense of community. It's a place where neighbors can connect. I recently saw a negative review about Brown, one of the dogs. I know the person complaining very well and I believe the fault is not on Sabre. Brown is a calm and gentle dog. He minds his own business and NEVER approach guests. He just likes to sun bathe, lay down and have a nap. Brown will never do anything to anyone unless he needs to protect himself.

I used to be a regular customer as we live in the hood. Sadly, an incident happened as one of the dogs in their cafe did bite my daughter. 🚩 Ardi, the co-owner saw what happened but kept his (or her?) mouth shut. 🚩 They could have checked their cctv right away and say what happened but didn't (that I had to request the next day myself to understand the situation) 🚩 They put fault on my three year-old for walking after the dog and wanted to pet. 🚩 They ignore my request to contact the dog's owner (whom happens to be owning the land/shop they're renting) 🚩 The dog who bit my girl, BROWN, is still wandering around instead of being kept in the house and/or on a leash. 🚩 No apologies. Seriously! 🚩 I had my daughter to get a Rabies vaccination and neither the cafe owner no dog owner are being responsible for the expenses. They are sugar-coating because they are running business but FAIL big time taking a professional responsibility and are too coward to give the dog's owner contact info (as Liz, one of the barista says "I don't want to have enemies.". You see the ill logic? So beware guys, the dogs may seem friendly but you will never know.

Friday 8th Nov 2024 at around 2 pm, owner can check the CCTV, the first time I came here. It was a hot day, I was so thirsty and I ordered orange juice. When the female staff was making my orange juice she sneezed so hard a couple of times right in front of the drink equipments area without trying to cover her face or at least she should have walked away before the sneezing burst out. I couldn't drink my orange juice. As we know sneezing is a powerful expulsion of air from our nose and throat, the explosion can reach in radius 4 meters, it burst out saliva, mucus, air and bacteria. I could not imagine all the sneezing particles landed inside my orange juice. Then I decided to order mineral water, I didn’t drink my orange juice but I still paid it though. The owner of this place should educate his staff about hygiene 🙏🏽 Edit: owner is very responsive and good gesture, I think it is fair to give his restaurant more credit ⭐⭐⭐⭐
