Last week I ate there, I chose to sit in 2nd floor non-smoking area. Already there was 2 groups consisted of probably 8-10 people each and 2-3 waiters. When I called the waiter to order, a waiter was plating the cutleries to one of the group and didn't respond, only looking at me. I came to another waiter myself and after several minutes waiting, my order had just been taken. I waited for the food which was only a plate of kids meal (cheese steak) almost 25 minutes before finally I came to the waiter once again to ask whether my food was ready or not. While I was waiting, I noticed the food kept coming for the groups. When the food already served, the waiter asked whether the sauces was needed or not. How could a steak restaurant asking for that condiment? I said yes and waited about 5- 10 minutes until once again I needed to approach the waiter to ask for what he offered before.

I think an individual customer is as important as a group, so whatever the condition is, the restaurant must be ready to serve so there won't be any customers...

fav place. Awesome steak, superb side dish. Tried recreate their balsamic salad at home but their version is far more delicious so you better buy from them 🤣. mashed potato so creamy. Price is fair compared to their quality and services.

Regularly I order 250gr aus sirloin with mashed potato and balsamic salad sides, blackpepper sauce never wrong. their done-ness level is 1 grade lower compared to my standard. my medium is their medium rare, so I have to order medium well to have my medium level.

if you ever goes to karnivor at riau, that's my standard of done-ness. so adjust according to that.

Expect getting surprised by how spacious the place is. It looks like a tiny restaurant from the front, yet it actually expands far to the back. Astonishing atmosphere especially the outdoor second floor area where you can chill while looking at the beautiful lights from the ceiling.

Big parking space at the back is also a huge plus. However, during weekends or rush hour, the traffic will be a hell on earth.

Food-wise, they offer countless choices of steak with other food options as well. Steak cooked to perfection depending on how you like it to be and I can guarantee that the taste will be wonderful, the meat is beyond tender. I recommend getting the Iced Caffe Latte for the drink because the taste will blow your mind. A bit pricy but worth...
