Marugame Udon, Riau Bandung — Restaurant in Bandung City

I really like the service because all of the staffs use a hat to cover their hair, so it won't fall into the foods. Beside that, I love the food! It's my favorite, especially Carbonara Udon and Tempura. They serve so many tasty Japanese foods and drinks. It's not really expensive because it's worth with the food. The atmosphere there is cozy and it makes me feel like i am in Japan! Also, the architecture of the restaurant is stunning and modern. For the parking area, there is no problem. But, can Marugame Udon give the customer a discount or promotion? ( just suggest :D ) Overall, I recommend this restaurant and anyone will not regret for eating in this...

Flavour-wise they're good, but I've been to several Marugame and this particular branch has a lot to improve from a service POV. Considering they pride themselves as quick on-the-go udon, I definitely experienced something opposite. Staff seemed to be more concerned about closing early at 9pm, while they're supposed to still accept visitors until 11pm. Had to wait 15 minutes for the orange juice and the refill of the tempura batter, which is amazingly still considerably quicker than the customer prior to us. Nice restaurant occupying a Dutch colonial era historical buiding creating a romantic athmosphere. No worry with parking cause it is so spacious. There are indoor and outdoor sections with fresh air. The outdoor part is, however, still safe from rain and direct sunshine.Taste some different Udon menu with various toppings and japanese condiment.
