A restaurant with contemporary take of vintage-colonial era as a theme, one way to preserve the building architecture in its original form. The ceiling is really high so it’s stayed cool inside even with no air conditioner needed.
Now onto the menus. First one, I must say that the pasta is really umami and fulfilling enough. But since Olio is a pretty simple pasta, I think there’s nothing outstanding worth mentioning.
My husband ordered their American Burger, and according to him, this burger goes straight to the top 2 of burger in Bandung, and mind you he’s pretty critical about his burger. Unfortunately the batter of the fries are too thick and oily, so they are uncomfortable to swallow over time.
The Twisted Colada is pretty spot on, an easy 8/10. But the coffee is sadly too overpriced for the portion, 56k/glass for 200 ml ish of coffee is kinda outrgeous to me.
