Lush green park located - as the name suggest - inside the Bandung City Hall compound. It's one of Bandung's best location to jog, have a picnic, exercise, short run, or any other activities you can think of. It actually has several sections. The Jalan Wastu Kencana side is the main entrance side for Mayor or Bandung and other City Hall staff. This is also car and motorcycle entrance. Guests are also allowed to park here, but mind you, arrive early as it is first come first served. The Jalan Aceh side is quite crowded, and serves mainly as entrance to museum and park by the museum. The Jalan Merdeka side is the exit side. All vehicles exit from this part of the City Hall. It is also where the water fountain and Taman Badak Putih is located. If you access the City Hall from Jalan Merdeka, I suggest you to cross at the Merdeka Aceh intersection. The Suniaraja Side is the main City Hall Park entrance. This side is mainly for guest and also serves as Bandros bus stop. From Suniaraja side, you can easily access the public herbs garden, Patung Dewi Sartika, Patung Badak Putih (White Rhino Statue) and monolith statues.

Taman ini juga sering disebut sebagai taman multifungsi, karena banyak digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan dari olahraga, belajar, ngerumpi, makan bersama hingga tempat pacaran. Ini wajar saja karena taman ini memiliki beberapa monument yang bagus, lahan yang luas dan sejuk dipenuhi bunga dan pohon. Selain itu ada juga patung ikan dan patung merpati. Untuk kamu yang datang bersama kekasih jangan lewatkan kesempatan untuk mengabadikan kisah cinta kalian di gembok cinta. Tulis nama kalian di sebuah gembok kemudian kunci gembok tersebut di sebuah pagar yang berbentuk prisma segitiga berukuran 2,5 meter persegi. Selain gembok cinta dan patung yang menjadi ikon, taman tepian anak sungai cikapayang juga menjadi salah satu spot favorit. Disini pengunjung bisa bersantai sambil berfoto ditemani bunga – bunga indah. Spot Paling Hits Taman Balai Kota, Taman Labirin Jika berkunjung ke taman balai kota jangan pernah lupa untuk mampir ke salah satu spot paling hits didalamnya yaitu Taman Labirin. Taman Labirin dahulunya merupakan taman merpati yang telah direvitalisasi oleh Kang Emil. Di dalam taman labirin ini terdapat jalur berliku berlantai granit selebar setengah meter. Jalur ini melingkari dua buah pohon trembesi yang berusia 100 tahun. Labirin ini memiliki empat buah pintu keluar. Taman labirin ini dibuat agar pengunjung yang datang tidak hanya dapat menikmati keindahan taman namun juga bisa masuk menjelajahi taman dari empat sisi berbeda yang berbentuk seperti labirin. Balai kota Bandung kini sudah bukan lagi tempat “ekslusif” pejabat daerah namun bisa menjadi salah satu tujuan tempat wisata Kota Bandung untuk warga setempat dan juga turis dari luar kota dengan fasilitas yang menunjang. Alamat, Jam Operasional, Harga Tiket Masuk Taman Balai Kota Bandung Taman ini terletak di Jalan Merdeka No.30, Sumur Bandung, Babakan Ciamis, Kota Bandung. Jam operasional mulai dari jam 09.00 – 18.00. Sedangkan untuk harga tiket masuknya sendiri gratis, jadi bisa menikmati wisata gratis bukan?

Taman Balai Kota is a large park inside the City Hall Complex, consist of two oldest park in Bandung, i.e Taman Badak and Taman Dewi Sartika. Revitalized by the Mayor Ridwan Kamil, this huge park is where people conducting so many activities such as: jogging, cycling, children playground, picnic strolling, community gathering and many more. It was fun strolling this huge park, observing people with their activities. Not so sure about the smoking regulation in this park, but while I was there I haven’t seen any single people who smoke in this park. As for cleanliness, I should say this park is very clean, trash can and bin were easily spotted. Shop for snacks and refreshments and public toilet they are available at the side of the park.

I was born and raised in Bandung, so I am bit embarassed to confess that this is my first time visiting Bandung City Hall Park. Can't say something negative about this place, it is clear that the venue become one of places that people go to if they need refreshment and quality time with their own self or wirh loved ones. Beautiful green scenery, sounds of flowing river, chirps of the bird, and high cleanliness makes people feel welcomed to stay here and just take a pause in life. Anyway, I sloppily misplaced my phone during my dance photoshoot here but I contacted the security and as it turned out they secured my phone, bless upon the kind hearted and honest worker.

I can't say how much I love this place, so be mindful of how subjective this review is gonna be. Ever since Bandung City government focused on building better infrastructures, including public parks and spaces, I can only say that this one comes out on top. Located in the center of town, Bandung City Hall offers a place to relax, providing citizens a mean to take a breath in stressing work environment. It's also located not far from many other parks and attractions, it's central location provides some sort of a hub for people who want to visit other places of interest.

Taman Balai Kota Bandung ia a large garden and located on strategic area in Bandung City. It's near with Bandung Mayor Office. Many communities gather and do their hobbies here, such as K-Pop dancer, Cosplayer, Pokemon Trainer, etc. This place is full of bug trees. There's also a lock love like in Seoul Tower in Korea. Many families usualy spend their time here because it's a proper place for enjoying the fresh air and the children can play or just enjoy the place by sitting and eat the picnic snack. But, don't forget to place the trash on the right place 😊
