This is one of its multiple stores along the same road, and all of them were very crowded with long queues on a weekday afternoon. There isn't a queue system for this particular store, nor any staff managing it, everybody's just hunting seats like a free for all, and can get really chaotic. I came here solo and only managed to get a seat after waiting for another customer to finish their food. Once seated, they will provide you with a menu and paper, simply write down what you want and pass it to the staff. There isn't any English menu or pictures so Googling the items helps a lot if you're not sure what to get.
Chaotic environment aside, their food is definitely worth the hassle for me. I ordered a pepes tahu (tofu) & ayam bakar (roasted chicken), both are amazing. The pepes tahu is extremely flavorful, didn't know a the flavor of a tofu can be that rich. The chicken is juicy and roasted perfectly, the sauce is even more amazing. Best part of the experience is their sambal on the table, which is free. It pairs especially well with the tofu, very spicy but still recommend to give it a try.

The only problem is that the place was really really dirty to the point that I was about to leave but I was starving and craving it at the time.
Floor was slippery with all those dirty marks all over it, tissue, and bunch of other stuff just laying on the floor without anyone picking it up or cleaning it.
Didn’t even touch the raw veggies they served, because I’m sure they didn’t even washed it.
Some people who ate there was also kinda disgusting it ruined my appetite. They chew loud then licking their finger loud, talking while their mouth is full of food that they kinda spit it out.
Next time I’ll just get the food...

Even though it was a bit crowded, the queue moved fairly quickly and the service was efficient. Totally worth the short wait! Staff were polite and everything came out fresh and warm.
Prices are still very reasonable, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re craving traditional Sundanese food that’s tasty and affordable, this place is a must-visit. I’d come back in...
