Warung Nasi Ibu Imas

Hectic place to taste local Sundanese food. I came here during 1st night of a long weekend. There's several of their stores along this road, but when I arrive there around 8 PM only 1 stores still open and the other seems to close their door recently. If you want to dine in, what you need to do first is search for empty seat (you will need to seat together with stranger). In the door, there's someone saying to people there's no available seat inside but people would just go directly inside or upstair, no one to assign table for you. You will get free ayce lalapan bunch, sambel terasi, and karedok leunca in each table, just ask the waiter for refill if yours get empty. Also 1 glass of hot plain tea/person (not sure whether we could ask for more). For ordering additional lauk, just go to the waiter table and took their set of menu list + empty paper + pen (they will also add list of available menu at night), then give your order to the waiter. They take a long time to process your order so make sure you order enough portion since the start (even for krupuk, there's none upstair). Tips : I think my portion of chicken and paru satay is small, so better order more. But for the taste, their sambal is very good 👍 Even for me that's not really liking sambal. For jukut goreng, they might sprinkle too much salt after frying it, beware for those with high blood tension. But the crispiness is awesome. Can't really say a lot for other menu as I don't order much, but there's a couple of local sunda people that seems to be their loyal customer so the taste must be legit.
