Diana Layer Cakes — Restaurant in Batam City

We had a wonderful experience ordering from Diana Layer Cake during our March trip to Batam.

All communication was done smoothly through WhatsApp and Diana was extremely polite, prompt and accommodating, even accepting our last-minute order of 2 mixed layer cakes. Despite the short notice, she made everything so convenient for us.

On the morning of our hotel check-out, her person-in-charge delivered the cakes right to our hotel with cash-on-delivery (COD) service. The cakes were beautifully and securely packaged and we were truly impressed by the presentation.

The layer cakes were absolutely delicious rich in flavor and freshly made, with reasonable pricing. It was the perfect treat to bring home from our trip.

We are already looking forward to our next visit to Batam and we will definitely be ordering from Diana...
