A great dining spot with its cozy atmosphere and diverse seating options.
However, my experience at Volla Social House left me somewhat disappointed. I had high expectations based on many good reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype.
Firstly, the service was a letdown. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my drinks, despite there being only a few active orders in the cafe at the time. The wait for food was even longer, which can be frustrating for hungry patrons.
I tried several dishes, including the Volla Benedict, Fish & Chips, Gyuniku Kinoko Burger, Pepperoni Pizza, and Tiramisu Cake. While they looked appetizing, the taste didn't quite match the visual appeal. The food was just okay, falling short of the deliciousness I had anticipated.
Another aspect that could be improved is the background music. The random song selection didn't contribute to the overall ambiance. Creating a signature playlist, perhaps could enhance the dining experience and make it more memorable.
One more issue was the difficulty in getting the attention of the waitstaff. Whether due to understaffing or a lack of training, it was challenging to place orders or ask for assistance.

Mostly fried, grill, deep fried such as burger, pasta, pastry etc. I guess this is something that they should take into account since most of cafes I went to, they don’t have option or tiny bits option of healthy foods. Even though they offer some salads, but it’s pretty basic menu. For instance, chicken salad, caesar salad.
However, for the chicken parmigiana was tasty. Chips also good. Enough for brunch. May be next time I’ll...

The cafe is spacious. Open-space seating is available here (with roof). They also have a loft inside for extra space. The loft is also equipped with an electrical socket on the floor if you need to charge your electronic devices.
Downside of this spacious cafe is often hard to get the waiter's attention when you need to order something. If you're at the loft, it is worse. You can't really shout to call them because the place is so noisy when at full capacity. They really need to provide alternative ways to get the waiter's attention.
It is usually crowded at night, especially...
