I think I need to explain my side of story.
We have 9 adults and 1 toddler queueing since 18.00 pm more or less. After waiting more than 30 minutes and we were still in the waiting line. We were told they could not provide table for 10 pax so they recommend to split to 2 tables with each table 5 person. I was the first seat on the table. I asked for baby chair but I was told they were out of baby chair and would provide after there's available as soon as possible.
Luckily people beside me finished their dinner and I asked if the next table to us could be given to 5 of my friends which was still waiting to be seated and we were happy that we could sat together.
We waited for the menu for a long of time until one of my friend noticed there was qr code on the tissue box to view on the menus. Not long after that waiters gave us few menu books and informing us that the web apps was not available at that time. Only for viewing the menu. I picked few foods from web apps and my friend started to order food. When it is my turn, I showed my phone so the waiters could write down accurately because it was so hard to speak due to the dining halls was so noisy. However, waiters didn't repeat to comfirm our orders (or I didn't noticed she did because noisy environment)
We noticed the chilly on the tables were running out. We called the waiters so it can be refilled. It took a long time to get us back and we noticed it was not really refilled or I might say it was replaced with others table chili as it was not enough for 4 people.
They provided plates and chopsticks but sadly they only bring 8 sets. (2 tables. 1 table usually 4 sets). Meaning they forgot if we came for 10 people.
After few dishes came out, waiters came back and told us if several dishes was running out and asked whether we would like to change our orders? This happened few times and I think this is so unprofessional as why you took so long to notice if certain dishes was running out?
After several times later I noticed none of my order were served. We checked the checker list sticked to our tables and found out 1 of my main dish which was Fried Lamian Seafood was not there. However, others were in the checker list and none of them were served and we felt we need to inform the waitres. However, waiters were very busy and none of them could be seen. After several minutes later, one of server bring food to our table and we told him that our food was missing from the checker list and some of our food were not served. However, he seems like have no idea and don't know what to do. Our request was just simple. We asked if the missing items were processed or not? If not yet processed we could discuss how it could be handled. But nobody could gave us an answer. Until the supervisor came to explain. So we told what was missing from the checker list so he could check on them. But disappointed with him because both of my friends try to explain and when he repeated the orders, he mistakes the quantity of order.
Later on he came to explain if they registered the table as seperate tables and bla bla bla (I didn't hear the rest of explanation) because I was so frustrated. Honestly I don't care whatever reason he had. I'd only care if the foods could be served or not. Emotionally, I threw things on table (which is wrong). We were thinking to leave and go somewhere else to dine.
Only after that the dishes came out quick.
However there were others issues like the baby chair never came. I noticed other families was getting their baby chair and I remembered to the left side of my table got 1 child with baby chair and they already left halfway of our dining. But nobody remembered that my son need baby chair. Which he did slip from the chair due to the chair was too low for 2 years...

Make a system so we can order by our own without asking the waiter/waitress to take the order. Why?
Take a while to order because we called a few waiter but none of them coming to our table or didnt bring the note to take order)
Because we order quite a lot of food (we're 9 peoples and 1 baby) and we only get half of them correct, the waitress do a mistake and most of our orders didnt go to their system
Please clean the table before asking the customer to take a seat ( our table still got a lot of used plate and oily, take a while to ask the waiter to clean the table)
Got waiting list but we don't even know how long is it (got told by the person who is holding the waiting list that need to wait 30 minutes, but time already passed and we still dont know when is our turn)
Please make a board around waiter area or where to list out sold out menu/item , so your waiter know which item were sold out, the waiter come to our table around 5 or 6 times just to info that the order we choose is sold out, because they dont know which item is sold out and need to check with the kitchen every time we order
Some of the dimsum still cold when got served, we also heard from the table beside us complaining about the same thing
and last maybe not suggestion but I saw the waiter is hard to bring our food to our table because of the food carrier the (tempat dimsum yang rotan) is slipping on the plate, which caused some of them slipping down from the plate when they tried to put it on our table, my case the bao fall in my spicy suikiaw
hope can do it better the next time I come back
Updated: So I come again with my family and they already improving their service, fast serving, no more cold dimsum and also they clean the table before asking ask to sit there

I wrote there was roast pork, it should be roast duck since they are halal restaurant.
The worker was very attentive and helpful since it was raining as we arrived, they even help us by bringing umbrella to our car.
It was crowded but didn’t wait long to get table. They have varieties of food to choose from. Noodles, dimsum, porridge.
We ordered some dimsum, noodle, salted egg shimeji and roast duck, everything tasted good, my brother especially enjoyed the roast duck the most, while i like the shimeji best.
We spent more than 600.000, then later realized that we can get a free membership with that amount dor future discounts.
