KFC Batam Centre — Restaurant in Batam City

What makes this place stands than the other KFC for my personal taste, is its design and layout. Rather than only selling fried chicken, they also have the half section for donut and Pukis as this is the business extension. This is good because you an find additional food option to choose. The layout is also good as you can find many option, high table, meeting table, couple table, general tables....you can choose where you want to sit down. The upper floor also give an option for outdoor option for smoker or anyone just like outdoor air. it seems they also have many tables to accommodate many people so you can bring your family and choose the one you like. I want to make a complain about the staff and product issue.. On 22th February 2025 at 20:09pm, I went to KFC Batam center, Jln Ahmad Yani (next to Pollux hubibie, staff named Ardian took the order but did not mention that he pick the combo meal with the CD album which not in my order n he even didn’t give the CD after the purchase.. This place is unlike other KFC outlets in Batam. It's very cozy and have a nice ambience. Very good for late night snack. Also have a KFC café. The servers are nice and friendly.
