Restoran Sederhana — Restaurant in Batam City

This is my first time going to restoran sederhana and its not what I expected. I went there around 9.30am bcs they said the shop open from 8am. But, when i first come in to the shop, the staff just stare at me and said "belom buka" which means "Haven't open yet" without giving me any other reason, then i ask, "when is it open then? Bcs its written on your door that its open from 8am." They just said "i dont know" thats all i get from this very unprofessional and very not friendly staff from restoran sederhana.
